I haven't been to the doctors in a while so I'm not diagnosed but I think I might have bipolar depression and/or BPD
I've been feeling like I'm lacking energy and I'm suicidal (have harmed myself but have no suicide plans set in stone) I've been eating less and less and get barely any sleep

Thank you for reaching out to me. Please tell your parents and see if they can guide you to get help with a professional. If you guys are struggling to navigate the health care system. Then the emergency department is always there to assist or 911

You should ask parents to have you see a licensed mental health professional ASAP! Your symptoms are very concerning.
