“What do my random symptoms mean?”
For the past week, I’ve had constant external throat pain, aches, and pain all over. A headache that resides mostly on the right side of my head, nausea, the feeling of an empty stomach, more prominent pain in ribs, and shoulders. I’ve also had frequent and recurring drowsiness.

Have your parents talk to your doctor and have them check you out. The headache is concerning, could be side effects of your medication. I would check levels of Trileptal and make sure they are in the therapeutic range.
