What do the results of my full spine x-ray mean?

Slight pelvic tilt to the right. Negligible lumbosacral curve convex to that side and minimal bilateral thoracic curves.

There appears to be a cervical rib-bilaterally, more prominent on the right. Four non rib bearing lumbar-type vertebral bodies with the next segment being transitional with articulating/fused broad transverse processes and a rudimentary disc.

You were born with a few design flaws. If no symptoms, I wouldn't worry about it. Extra cervical ribs can sometimes cause nerve pinch (Thoracic Outlet Syndrome).
Segmentation anomalies and abnormal curvature. You’re young, so likely not significant now, but could be later.
Essentially normal.
Nothing in the findings to worry about. People have slight differences in the appearance of the spine and that may not necessarily explain the cause of back pain or implicate future back problems. They key point is not to let anybody make you worry about the findings and receive unnecessary treatment. X-rays are a good screening tool but do not always explain the source of pain or disability .
