I am a 33 year old female. I want to know what does a misaligned spine look like?

Without getting too wordy, you might want to google that for the pictures. A spinal subluxatation is where a bone is out of position compared to the one above and the one below it.
It’s not so much what it looks like, but what it feels like. You will feel stiff and tight and will have mobility loss at the spine and pelvis. In other words, you will feel like you can’t move as well in one or more directions. An actual misaligned spine tends to be a more serious issue that needs to be confirmed via X-ray or MRI. The term "misalignment" could also just be your curves being off, which you could see on an X-ray.

It is hard to explain. Go online and look for spinal misalignment or scoliosis.

An X-ray of the spine can demonstrate this best.
A misaligned spine may not look any different to the naked eye, but it is usually felt with pain, swelling, or stiffness.
Upon examination, we can find misalignments with palpitation. If X-rays are necessary, we will see convexities of the spine in the abnormal areas.
