“What does a torn ligament in the spine feel like?”
I am a 44 year old female. I want to know what does a torn ligament in the spine feel like?

They are very painful, but they also take a lot of force to tear. Most back injuries are muscle strains. Ice, analgesics, and early motion work best.

Usually like a pulled muscle.
It can cause back pain, but it should get better with therapy. It should not cause leg pain or weakness. If so, there’s something else going on.
