What exercises should be avoided after hip replacement?

I had a hip replacement surgery 2 weeks ago. I want to know what exercises should be avoided after hip replacement?

You need to see a physical therapist who can teach you exercise post-total hip replacement. It is hard to explain to you by email.
Sorry for that.

Avoid exercises that cause pain. 2 weeks is early in the healing phase after hip replacement. Discuss with your surgeon if there are any positional precautions or other restrictions in your particular case.
