Any excessive physical activity is not advisable after surgery. It also depends on how many implants were placed and how extensive the procedure was. If it was a single or a few implants you should be able to slowly resume physical activity. If on the other hand if it was a full arch then I would be more cautious and give it upto 10-14 days before resuming serious physical activity.
