I was diagnosed with scoliosis. What exercises to avoid with scoliosis?

With scoliosis, vertebral alignment is not 100 percent. So intervertebral disc cushioning is off balance. Thus exercises which jar the back such as jogging or running will worsen disc jarring and worsen vertebral misalignment.
