I use Crest whitening toothpaste every time I brush. What happens if you use whitening toothpaste every day?

Never use whitening tooth paste. The "whitener" is usually baking soda which is to abrasive on the enamel and can remove tooth structure. Get bleaching trays or the crest whitening strips.
There is no permanent damage that can be caused by using an over the counter whitening toothpaste every day. You will just have fewer stains on your teeth than people who aren't doing the same thing :)
