You should see a Chiropractor or physical therapist that can evaluate your walking stance and posture.
Imagine if your car was out of alignment. It places great stress on the ball joints and tires causing premature wear. A similar situation occurs with hip misalignment or subluxation. It places stress on the sacroiliac joints, the actual ball and socket hip joints and since the pelvis is the foundation of your spine, the spinal joints. A short leg can result which then causes even more stress on these areas as well as the knees and ankles. So the hips are very important to the structure of the body. Jay H Schwartz, DC, DIBCN, DIBE
The entire gait mechanism is thrown off. This can cause pain and or dysfunction anywhere from the feet to the head.
Misalignments at the hip are predominantly at the SI joints, on each side of the triangular sacrum. Chiropractic techniques differ, but any chiropractor will have tools to analyze and correct these dysfunctions.
It means it is time to be adjusted by a chiropractor. Thank you for your time! Dr. Kortni Smith Owner IMS Chiropractic Clinics (760) 285-3824 [cid:781a1dc2-5211-4980-92de-ba7da10685cd]
