What helps a child sleep better with snoring issues?

My 8 year old daughter snores a few times a week in her sleep. I want to know what helps a child sleep better with snoring issues?

She will need upper airway examination to examine tonsils, soft tissue and sleep study for further evaluation.
Snoring can be a sign of underlying obstructive sleep apnea. I would suggest for you to talk to the ENT or pediatrician about this issue. Another symptom to look out for us night time wetting the bed which can also be due to OSA.
Your child should have an ENT evaluation particularly looking at their adenoids and tonsils or any other possible problem causing the snoring. A large overbite could also cause this.
The beginning approach would be to treat any nasal congestion, perhaps with nasal saline or topical nasal steroid if appropriate. Strictly maintaining ideal weight and not weighing more than optimal is important. Beyond that requires medical attention as tonsils often play a big role in pediatric snoring. If this persists, the problem should be discussed with your pediatrician.
