My 73 year old mother had dry mouth after surgery. I want to know what helps dry mouth after anesthesia?

Dry mouth after anesthesia is usually due to receiving atropine at the end of surgery as part of your reversal of neuromuscular blockade. Some experience it more than others. One just has to wait for it to wear off and during this. Small sips of water or ice chips, Chapstick to the lips is the only way to tide over the situation.
