What helps heal a twisted ankle from tennis practice?

I twisted my ankle while playing tennis over the weekend. Does it need treatment?

Ice, brace, therapy, laser
Typically, if you’re able to put a weight on the leg/foot without significant pain and have swelling on the outside or the inside part of the ankle it is likely a sprained ankle. In most cases, rest, ice, elevation, and foot and ankle motion to your comfort level is appropriate for a sprained ankle. It can sometimes take 2 to 4 weeks to recover, sometimes even longer. If there is significant swelling or significant pain with attempted weight-bearing, then you should seek medical consultation potentially get X-rays and get examined by a physician.
Rest, ice, elevation above heart, compression. May need X-rays to rule out fracture.
Rest, ice, compression. If unable to walk, get X-rays. Do some daily ankle sprain strengthening exercises. Consider a brace when you play. Also consider PRP to strengthen the ligaments to prevent reinjury which is very likely.
It depends on how bad the injury is. Rest and a brace usually suffices for the minor injuries.
