I am a 30 year old male, 6'3 height and 115kg in weight. I have some health issues. I'm having issues with the chest, neck, and leg pain, and heavy chest pain, and sweating highly with breathing problems. I thought it was a cough and I vaporized. I went to the hospital they checked my BP and it's 130/90 and SpO2-99% and PR- 131bpm. They suggest taking an ECG and ECG which shows sinus tachycardia. He prescribed medicines. The next day I had the same issue at the time of sleeping, I went to the hospital and my BP was 140/99, PR- 153bpm, and he changed medicines. I decided to consult a physician and at that time BP is 130/80 And PR- 137bpm In the right leg the pain and color has like rashes but it's like a blood clot.

There is no way one can determine what is causing your current symptoms without further testing (and a knowledge of your other "health issues"). The differential diagnosis includes hormonal problems (i.e., overactive thyroid, etc.), infections, autoimmune diseases (there are many), drug use or anxiety/stress. Basic testing should include: EKG, CXR, urinalysis, CBC, CMP, sed rate, ANA, thyroid functions...to name just a few. Further testing would be dependent on results of these tests.
