I am a 42 year old male. I want to know what is considered stroke level high blood pressure?

Everyone is different. There is no set number but elevated blood pressure should be treated by your physician before a problem arises. Anything greater than 140/90 regularly needs a primary physician visit and blood pressure treatment.
