I am 3 weeks pregnant and want to have a healthy diet. What is the best diet during the first trimester of pregnancy?

Certainly the need to stay well nutritioned all through the pregnancy is important moreso in the first trimester.It is challenging due to the nausea and with or without vomitting during this trimester. It is important to select meals that you could tolerate. These are generally bland diet that are not offensively flavored. Each day may have different tolerability.Feed frequently but small portions since your body may not tolarate large single meal at that timeCertainly, aviod diets such as those high in mercury....sword fish, king mackrel for example.Hope this was helpful.
