I have dry eyes and I wear contacts all day. What is the best home remedy for dry eyes from contacts?

The best remedy would be to increase your intake of omega 3s in your diet in order for your body to have what it needs to produce the moisture to your eyes and using warm compresses especially at bedtime when the contacts are off over the eyelids 2 minutes at a time. Taking breaks from wearing your contacts will definitely help as well. Other things to do would be to run a humidifier to restore moisture in the air and take frequent breaks from looking at digital devices. Fish oil capsules work well, but get the brand that has no odor, or you be tasting fish all day. The other option is change to a contact lens that is designed for the dryer eye.
BLINK OR RETAINE EYE DROPS
Stay away from ceiling fans. Use over-the-counter artificial tears without preservatives.
