Best treatment for diaper rash is airing out bottom, soaking in warm water and apply barrier cream 10 x thicker than you think you need to.- like you are icing a cake. Goal is that urine and stool do not reach the baby's tender raw bottom. My favorites are any creams with zinc oxide and there are many.
my favorite - Calmoseptine - you find it in the isle with the adult diapers/etc.
