Probably a sign that you need to get your teeth cleaned. Listerine is a great mouth rinse to kill bacteria and help gum inflammation. Hydrogen peroxide diluted by half with water is also a good mouth rinse. Spray Chloraseptic sore throat spray and swish to numb everything. 500 mg tylenol or 600 mg ibuprofen; can also take them together. Aleve can also help.
