I am a 39 year old male. I want to know what is the best thing to eat after dental surgery?

It depends on the degree of the surgery the post op surgery diets will vary. Simple surgery like tooth extraction to major surgery like jaws reconstruction , the diet can be from normal food to purée food. Best thing is to follow the instruction of the surgeon.
