Hello, I do not perform Moh's minimally invasive surgery procedures. However, I did observe them during my training at the Boston Medical Center. During the procedure the dermatologist takes note of the skin lesion including its geometry and cuts it out with a special device. The diseased skin area is then sent to a pathologist for definitive analysis. The procedure is quick, and may be associated with minimal pain and no anesthesia.
