I am a 22 year old female. I want to know what is the easiest way to floss with braces?

Good question, but you won't like the answer. There isn't an easy way to floss with conventional braces. Invisalign allows normal flossing, but having an arch wire in the way means you don't have a normal way to floss.There are little tricks to it, and your hygienist can show you how to do it. Sorry I'm not much help, but I had them, too, and have been through the annoyance.
There is no easier way to floss with braces, because of the wire blocking the passage. Small tooth pick, regular tooth brush, water pick can do good job
The easiest way to floss when you are in braces is with a water flosser (WaterPik). These are a great way to quickly clean out between your teeth and around your braces. You can also use a floss threader, but that will require a little more effort.
