What is this rash from?

I had a virus a few weeks ago. I was tested for COVID and it came back negative. I had a rash on the back of my knee randomly and they had it tested for Lyme. Also negative. They tried mono and a bunch of other tests too but they were all negative. The rashes had begun to develop all over my body. Over 70 rashes. The doctor said they should clear up 2 weeks after the virus ended. It’s been longer than 2 weeks and they don’t seem to be getting any better. I’ve looked on the internet every day for hours and cannot find any rashes that look like mine. Mine are not raised even in the slightest. They are just huge red asymmetrical circles that go all over my body. Most of them are white in the middle like a bullseye but again I was negative for Lyme.

Thanks for the question.
I would have to see the rash, but if it itches, it is most likely hives. If not, retest for Lyme. If negative, you would have to consider forms of tinea, lupus, secondary syphilis, fungi other than tinea, a host of non-infectious diseases, even mycosis fungoides, which is malignant. It would be best to see a dermatologist.
