From the picture, it is limited to make an diagnosis, it looks like there is soft tissue and deep joint injury. I would recommend seeing a local podiatrist or orthopedic doctor asap.
It is. You will need to see your primary care doctor or possibly an ankle surgeon to get a better evaluation that needs x-rays and treatment.
From the pictures attached here, I can not see well enough to be able to evaluate the problem. The attachments can not be opened or blown up, and the orientation of the pictures is confusing. Perhaps it would be a better question: What did YOU do to your ankle? What are the symptoms and what is the problem?
