“What may be wrong with me?”
I have gas trapped in my chest. I have left side numbness. It's been a month and I can't tell anymore if its gas or flutters. I feel ill, like Im walking with death. I've been to ER multiple times thinking it was my heart (I know this is common) Now I feel like my heart is affected. My left leg goes numb sometimes (not completely). I have an odd little headache sometimes. I'm waiting to hear back from a gastroenterologist.

You are not describing any symptoms specific to the GI tract so I am not sure that a gastroenterologist is the right doctor. Chest discomfort or flutters are more likely heart- or lung-related. Numbness and headaches would typically be addressed by a neurologist.
