You must investigate. Have your cardiologist do some tests, EKG, Holter monitor, Echocardiogram, and maybe stress test. Then you will get precise medication.
Beta blockers - metoprolol, or calcium channel blockers - diltiazem, less likely amiodarone if there are arrhythmias.
