You need to see your doctor first, heart palpitations are caused by different conditions, such as stress, anxiety, thyroid problems, skip beats, tachycardia, etc, the appropriate medication will be depending of the diagnosis.

It is best to avoid caffeine or high-energy drinks if you have palpitations.  The most effective medications for palpitations are prescription medications.  You need to see your primary care physician to discuss this.  You may need to have some testing done.
