What foods to eat if you have arrhythmia?

I was diagnosed with arrhythmia. I want to have a heart-healthy diet. What foods to eat if you have arrhythmia?

Fruits and vegetables are high in vitamins minerals and antioxidants. Plant-based diets may reduce risk factors for afib like hypertension, obesity, diabetes, and hyperthyroidism. Low magnesium and potassium can arrhythmias. Foods high in magnesium include nuts, avocados, spinach, whole grains, and yogurt. Foods high in potassium include bananas, oranges, apricots, sweet potatoes, beets, tomatoes, prunes, and squash.
