I have pneumonia. What medications help with pneumonia?

Most commonly pneumonia is caused by a virus for which anabiotic’s are not the treatment. However, if a pneumonia is bacterial, antibiotics will work depending on which organism such as strep, mycoplasma or staph. Depending on which organism is causing the bacterial pneumonia will dictate, which anabiotic will most likely work.
