Chickenpox Avoid -- Ibuprofen/Aspirin Try -- Tylenol Try an Oatmeal bath for itching. Try Calamine lotion for itching and to help dry rash. Try an Antihistamine (Benadryl) for itching. Steroids'/Antibiotics/ may be prescribed.
