I have anxiety. What methods are there to fix anxiety?

There are different methods I like to try with my clients to find the right fit to help with anxiety. Not everything is cookie-cutter. It's a matter of trial and error to see what works best for the client.
Decreasing and stabilizing the anxiety, is often the goal through use of therapeutic interventions and coping skills, which are determined after clinical assessment with a mental health provider. Moments of anxiety in life are not something that can be completely eliminated for any individual, as vulnerability is not an option. Emotions are thought of as temporary, that surface when triggered, and it is how the person may cope and adapt overtime when triggered, that may improve or worsen the feeling of anxiety. An assessment with a mental health provider can be helpful, to determine trigger sources, issues that contribute to the anxiety, and to next develop strategies that may need to be worked on, to decrease and indepedently manage the symptoms.
