If you gums are bleeding, you possibly have a gum infection called periodontitis. Mouthwash will not correct the problem. Periodontitis can lead to bone loss and eventual tooth loss. Get to your dentist immediately for a complete diagnosis.
You must go to a dentist / hygienist and get your teeth cleaned. No mouth wash can cure bleeding gums.
Salt water rinse
Toothbrush, floss, and waterpik on gum tissue work well. Mouth wash doesn't help.
Bleeding gums is the most common sign of gum (periodontal) disease. You have to see a dentist, have some X-rays, and diagnose it properly. Treatment may include simple cleaning or most likely deep cleaning. No mouthwash will help you if you have plaque and tartar build-up on your teeth. It is that simple.
If your gums are bleeding without provocation, then I am afraid you are beyond over the counter mouthwash resolution. The best way to restore your gums at this point, back to good health is to get a cleaning by your dentist, & then to maintain it by, yes, the f word, flossing. Your gums may continue in the beginning to bleed, but if you continue to floss, the gums will become firm & not bleed at all. Also, return at least twice a year to your dentist for regular cleanings.
I would focus on a mouthwash advertised specifically for gum disease.
