There are many crowns that will work well with implants, the two most popular are Zirconia crowns and Emax crowns. Emax tends to be used more for the anterior teeth and Zirconia tends to be used more for the posterior teeth, but both are great materials.
Zirconium.
Depends on where the crown is.  Usually, not all the time, porcelain crowns look better in the esthetic zone or smile zone.  Zirconia crowns are often used for molar areas since they are more durable and aesthetics are not important.
I recommend discussing what material you would like used for your implant crown with your dentist as there are many options.
