A few things you can do to prevent seizures are to take your medication as prescribed, on time; have a regular sleep schedule, eat healthy regular meals, avoid bright/flashing lights, minimize high stress situations, hand hygiene to help avoid getting viral illnesses, avoid situations that would increase risk of head injury among other things but working on the above factors should help to reduce the likelihood of seizures.
Take your medication consistently,  make sure you get plenty of sleep and avoid stress as much as possible. If you drink alcohol do so moderately. Make sure you have regular meals. Follow up with your doctor regularly. Good luck.
