A famous pressure point to help alleviate stomach issues is He Gu, Large Intestine 4. It is located between the webbing of your thumb & index finger in the middle of that 2nd metacarpal bone. Check with your primary to see if your stomachache does not require emergent services and alternative medicine may be adequate for your situation. - Live Happy, Michael
Good Afternoon, The best acupuncture point for stomach pain is Stomach 36. It is the command point of the stomach. Other points you can use are Ren 12, and Stomach 25. Stomach 36 is 3 finger length or cun under the kneecap. Ren 4 is 4 cun above the umbilicus. Stomach 25 is 2 cun lateral from the umbilicus. Rub each point lightly in a clockwise direction. Slowly increase the pressure. You will be using what is called acupressure. Wishing you good health! Depends what meridian the pain is on and the "stomach" is a large zone in common vernacular for most people.
Your question is interesting, however, before we go any further, let's start with when did you start experiencing this pain?

Acu point ST40 and P6 seem to work really well.
Your question covers a wide view on the possible answers. Stomach pain can surely be treated on some ear points. But as an Ear Reflexologist I wouls suggest to have a good intake and then proceed to find on your ears the answer to the stomach aches. So many things can trigger it like, foods, back accidents, dental issues, stress conditions and many others.
If you want a specific point, check an ear graphic and identify a stomach point and pinch it gently during the day or when the pain starts and then, see if it helps.
Many people treat themselves that way. You need to find your ear point if you do not visit a Therapist.

You can press on ST36 pts. Please see chart notes for acupuncture, and be sure to press down on both sides of your stomach.
Pressure points or reflexology can be a great tool to help with aches and pains. There are some providers that specialize in pressure points, however acupuncture may be a good tool to seek out to help with pressure points. It really depends where in the stomach there is pain as well. Acupressure or reflexology can help, but there are specific points on feet, hands, ears, etc, so it is best to know exactly where you are experiencing pain.

As far as I know, there is no one point to relieve stomach pain. I would get in to see an acupuncturist for a series of real treatments to resolve your problem, not just treat a symptom.
Acupuncture and Chinese medicine are individualized. Unlike conventional western medicine, there is not one set treatment for a given issue. The treatment is driven by the patient's presentation and the information gathered by the provider during the intake process.
I could have 3 patients walk through my door with stomach pain, and they all might be experiencing that pain for different reasons. Each reason has it's own set of treatment points.
I do not know why you are experiencing this pain. There isn't enough information provided on this site, in this format, to make any useful determinations and therefore I cannot provide any point or points that might provide relief in your situation.
If you're interested in trying acupuncture or Chinese medicine, and for pain conditions this is an excellent treatment choice, your best bet is to go see a local provider who can evaluate you and provide a treatment that is suited to your presentation. To find local providers you can go to NCCAOM.org and use their "Find a Practitioner" lookup.
