“What's underneath my ears or are they just swollen from an allergic reaction?”

Two things came up underneath the both of my ears and I have no idea what they are. One of my ears has something that's kinda big that hurts underneath it and one of my ears got something that's small underneath it. I don't know if they came on my ears because of the allergic reaction I had to the hair glue that the woman that did my hair put in my head and made my hair burn for two days last week. Or if it's because of an allergic that I had to something else considering the my lip was swollen and one of my arms was covered in rashes last month or if whatever that is underneath my ears is because of tonsillitis. Then I was got diagnosed with anemia 10 months ago because of how I had listened to my mama like she was a doctor when I had a UTI last year. I really don't know what these things are underneath my ears.
