“What's wrong?”
I went and peed last night. My lower back started hurting on the right side. It came around to my stomach and lower abdomen. It was burning and cramping SO bad!!! It felt like there was so much pressure on my vagina and rectum. It's still really sore today. That's the worst pain I think I have ever felt. In the past I have had pain it felt like on the inside of my rectum. It would come hurt bad for about 20 minutes then quit.

When was the last time you defecated? This sounds like a constipation issue. Tyr some OTC laxatives, if that doesn't work, see your GP who most likely will refer you to a gastroenterologist.
