For the last 3 days I have been having bloody diarrhea, very gassy and dizzy.

Blood in your stools is a concerning symptom and warrants a discussion and further investigation with your physician. Would make an effort to stay very well hydrated with water and contact your primary care physician.
If you are getting dehydrated, then go to an ER or urgent care clinic. This might be an acute infectious diarrhea.
