What should I do?

I have had this cough for about a month now. Unfortunately, I started vomiting 7 times last Wednesday (3/30), 3 times last Saturday(4/2), and I just threw up again today (Saturday, 4/9). Last Wednesday and Saturday the vomit was yellow so I thought mucus, but today it was red, maybe from the cherry flavored crystal lite but could also be blood. I don’t know. I tried taking Zycam, Delsum, Zyzal, and Allegra, and none of those seem to be working. I do have a history of asthma so when I had a hard time breathing, I took my inhaler.

Sounds like it’s time for you to either see your primary care physician or your pulmonologist or lung specialist. All the over-the-counter remedies that you have described are legitimate and reasonable. The fact that you’re using an inhaler suggests that you should see your provider and ensure that you are not having work-related allergens. You might be referred to an allergist to find out what it is that’s resulting in your symptomatology. Being as it may, the suggestion is to see your provider pulmonologist specialist whomever, to get to the bottom of what’s resulting and causing this new symptom of yours to thank you have a nice day and I wish you well.
Hard to explain your symptoms without more detail. For example, cough can induce vomiting, or the vomiting may be from a transient infection, a neurological condition or many other causes. A careful history is important to try to help find a cause. See a doctor if the vomiting persists.
