I feel bloated every time I eat. What should I eat when bloated? What can be the cause?

The main cause of bloating is gas, fluid retention, irritable bowel disease, food intolerance, menstrual symptoms, infections and others. Many things can be done such as drinking water, eat banana, choose veggies wisely, and don’t have dinner late. Also Greek yogurt is very beneficial. Thank you.
