What sickness do I have

2 days ago I got sick at first dry cough didn’t think much of it thought it was because I overdid singing. Yesterday I unwinded just relaxed, it became a wet cough I drank so much tea and had some soup. Today I was heading back to school. I woke up I feel worse today it went to my nose now. I had a migraine so terrible I became dizzy straight dizzy it became black I vomited. I didn’t make it the rest of the day I ended up going home. I misjudged it because it was just a little cough and I usually push through, but this is so bad that I couldn’t push through even if I tried. What is this? help please.

You might have the flu or Covid .Contact your dr or a health clinic or at the last resort the nearest emergency room or urgent care clinic and get checked out. Good luck. Dr. F. Sent from the all new AOL app for Android
Hi. Thank you for your question. It’s possible that you could be dealing with a respiratory infection or flu-like symptoms. The dry cough progressing to a wet cough and the development of nasal symptoms could be indicative of an upper respiratory tract infection.
The migraine, dizziness, and vomiting might be unrelated or could be symptoms of the illness, especially if the illness is causing dehydration or affecting your overall well-being.
However, it’s essential to consult a physician for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment. They can provide a thorough evaluation and recommend the necessary steps to help you recover and manage your symptoms effectively. If your symptoms worsen or if you have concerns about your health, please seek medical attention promptly.
Probably an upper respiratory tract infection that brought on a migraine.
You should be checked for Covid and other viruses. I recommend that you go to an urgent care center or contact your pediatrician. Vernita D. Hairston, MD Dept. of Neurology
