I have a nasal infection. What to avoid with nasal infection?

Wash your nostrils out when you wash your face every morning, warm water and soap. Be sure to blow mucous out and dont be sniffing it, keeping it clogging your sinuses. Dont be picking in your nose with fingers. Use a kleenex.
Hello, Im just wondering what caused the nasal infection in the first place? I can name a few things that can help but make it worse the only thing I can think of might be allergies.
