I would recommend seeing a podiatrist as soon as possible. There are many things that can cause localized pain and swelling including fracture, tendonitis, sprain or strain.
Tendonitis, try NSAIDs and inserts to control pain.
Highly recommend to see a podiatrist asap for an xray. looks to be an injury of some sort by your photo.
I recommend you make an appointment with a foot and ankle surgeon (podiatrist) for diagnosis and treatment options.
I can not at all determine what your pathology is from these photos. You need an actual physical examination by a professional to determine the cause of your pain. It could be several different things
Can't say without better history and in-person exam. See your local podiatrist.

It is difficult to say her assess someone in a picture like this but a common reason I see people getting outside of the ankle pain or swelling with jobs that stand is a usually wearing a shoe that is too soft and flexible and they are putting too much weight on the outside of their foot. Easy home changes you can do would be making sure he wear firm supportive shoe if your job will allow it and if that does not help you can even add an over-the-counter insole such as a "power step" which is a great over-the-counter one that can be bought online
This is likely due to possible overuse and inflammation. You did not mention if you had an injury. I’m not sure if your low muscle tone condition is contributing as well. If you are able some anti-inflammatory medication over-the-counter maybe a benefit. Please make sure you do not have any G.I. side effects to these medicines. Such medicines consist of Advil ibuprofen Aleve. You may also use Tylenol. If he’s not improve in the near term ie 5 to 7 days please get an evaluation from an orthopedist with foot and ankle experience
