I had colon surgery 4 days ago. I have a high fever. What to take for high fever after colon surgery?

Elevated temperatures so soon after surgery makes me concerned about a post op infection . You can reduce the fever with with tylenol or ibuprofen but please follow up with surgeon.
I would talk to the surgeon. Urgently. Tylenol is ok.
Acetaminophen
Use tylenol. Post-operative problems should be addressed to your surgeon.
Motrin and hydrate with about 2,000 ml distilled water with Aloe vera juice daily.
