There are many types of scoliosis and different degrees. I would suggest you take your X-rays and see a chiropractor. Depending on the amount of scoliosis will depend on your treatment.
Stretching and strengthening your core muscles
Overall spine strengthening and back health. Depending on the degree of the curve, calculated with an xray, it may require more aggressive treatment.
It varies a little depending on the history of the scoliosis.....but I've had good luck so far.
