Depends on what is contributing specifically to your lower back pain. In general, acupuncture, possibly electrical stimulation, cupping, moxibustion, and acupressure massage may be helpful. Thorough assessment is required to understand the root cause and what is needed specifically to treat the lower back pain.
Acupuncture is very helpful to reduce or eliminate back pain. Often, cupping is also included in the treatment plan. Richard Mandell, Lic.Ac. Licensed Acupuncturist Brookline Community Acupuncture www.brooklinecommunityacupuncture.com
Low back pain responds well to chiropractic care, physical therapy, and of course acupuncture! I do electro acupuncture which fuses electric stimulation with the needles (similar to using a TENS unit but SO MUCH BETTER). This causes pain relieving neurotransmitters to be produced by the body which also stimulate healing. I also do cupping which helps relax the back muscles & increase blood flow. I hope this info helps you. In health, Kathy Martin, MS.Ac. Beach Acupuncture
Lower back treatment can be a single technique, like acupuncture, tuina (Chinese medical massage), Ba Guan Fa (cupping), Gua Sha (soft tissue manipulation), moxibustion (heat), liniments and poultices/plasters, etc.
Or a combination of several of this techniques.

For acute injuries, I normally do some Tuina and Acupuncture. For more chronic conditions, I regularly add heat, liniments/plasters and/or guasha/baguan.

I really depends on the patient, so my suggestion is to set an appointment at www.mountainandlake.org
Acupuncture has a good curative effect.
It depends on the cause of your low back pain. Acupuncture works by increasing circulation so injuries can heal, and inflammation can be reduced. It also helps to address nerve pain such as sciatica that can be caused by low back issues. And it triggers your "feel good" hormones like endorphins to reduce pain.
Good morning, 1. Received. Thank you. 2. There are a couple different treatments that can help lower back pain, all depends on the cause. 3. Acupuncture therapy, herbal medicine, exercise can help lower back pain as well. 4. Please contact your family doctor or acupuncturist to find out the cause and treat it accordingly. 5. If you shall have any questions, please feel free to contact my office at (562) 698-3008.
In the acupuncture clinic, there are not only acupuncture needles but also moxa, E-stim, cupping, wet cupping can be used.
I recommend acupuncture,  massage, and chiropractic.  If those are not effective,  need to get checked by an orthopedist to rule out a structural problem.Sent via the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G, an AT&T 5G smartphone

For lower back pain I suggest you see an acupuncturist who can help you out using the modalities of massage, acupuncture and maybe herbs.
Acupuncture is very effective for lower back pain.
We will exam 1st. Then provide dry needling 1st. Patients will find instant results in general.
Depending on patients’ medical histories and conditions, each patient will have different responses. Patients will have to follow up in 3-7days depending on severity.
Patients will be examined again on how much difference they have experienced since the initial acupuncture treatment.
Then we can give patients a plan for symptomatology.
If we find limitations in improvements, we will apply different plans as a holistic approach.
The treatments for lower back pain can range from do nothing to surgery. Which treatment is the right one for you is going to depend on why you have back pain, how long you've had back pain, and if there are any other symptoms related to your back pain (radiating pain in the legs, numb/tingling legs or feet, weakness in the legs, loss of bladder or bowel control, etc.)

If you've never had low back pain before, there wasn't any trauma involved when the pain began, the pain has lasted less than a couple of weeks, and you're not experiencing any loss of bladder or bowel control or any severe weakness in the legs then your best bet is do nothing. Heat the area and stay active, in a week or two the pain will probably go away on its own. Once it heals, doing exercises that strengthen the core muscles will help prevent recurrence.

If the pain has been around a few weeks/months/years, you've had x-rays or other imaging, and there's nothing that rises to surgical emergency then you have a range of options. Acupuncture, chiropractic, physical therapy, yoga, and TaiChi all have a proven track record in managing, reducing, or eliminating low back pain. Keep in mind you may get the best results by combining modalities (in other words acupuncture + chiropractic), and you're looking at a series of sessions not just one treatment.

If you've had imaging that showed severe stenosis or an issue with the nerve structure in the low back and sacrum, you're most likely looking at surgical intervention.

If you haven't had any imaging (x-ray or MRI), I'd start there.
