What type of sore is this? Do I need to worry about it?

I’ve had what I assumed to be a canker sore for 2 1/2 weeks that mostly went away but once it was almost gone came right back. I’ve now had it for around 4 weeks total. The size/shape has changed throughout its cycle but has mostly been either round and protruding or cone-shaped and protruding. At one point it was very red around the base and bled slightly with little pain. I don’t know if the cone shape was caused by me involuntarily sucking or if that’s just how it formed. It’s tender like a lump with what looks like a white head. There has been mostly no pain aside from discomfort and slight pain if I press my tongue to it. I haven’t seen a dentist or PCP in two years due to not having insurance. The only treatment I’ve attempted is salt water rinses to dry it out. This has never happened to me before, my canker sores used to only last one day and looked more like a small clear bubble than a lump. I am not having any other symptoms. I drink alcohol weekly and smoke cannabis / use cannabis vape products daily. I do not use tobacco products.

From the picture, I believe that is a sialolith blocking the duct of a minor salivary gland in your lip. A sialolith is a calcification that developed within the salivary gland and is now blocking and preventing the saliva from flowing out of the gland. Hence the swelling of the gland. An oral surgeon would easily be able to remedy the situation. j
Go see your dentist or an oral surgeon for them to remove the lesion.
Sorry for late answer ,could be stone block the salivary channel, could be vercous ,could be other like mucocel.
Please let me know if you got treatment.
Thank you
This is a salvation gland cist , you need to go seen oral surgeon to have this removed.
This appears like a papilloma. Papillomas are caused by the Human Papillomavirus (HPV). Some sub-types of HPV are know to present high risk for certain cancers of the mouth and throat. Don’t wait, you should see your dentist soon to plan a removal of the lesion and send for pathology analysis. That is the only way to know for certain what it is.
You may want to consider excising it with a soft tissue laser and sending the specimen to a pathology lab at a DDS provider that offers this kind of service. If benign, what we hope for, then we may get rid of if or at least drastically decrease the recurrence rate. If not benign, then you caught it sooner rather than later and the treatment will be less invasive now than later. I hope this helps.
This looks like a Mucucele which is simply a collection of saliva under the tissue. It should be looked at by a dentist and probably removed.
Not sure. Probably just an irritation fibroma, which is not cancerous. But due to its size should be removed and sent to. A pathologist to look at under a microscope
Could be just a mucocele or similar lesion, but I would see a dentist, who
may advise to get it removed and/or biopsied.
