“What type of treatment is best for elbow pain?”
I have elbow pain and want to fix it. What type of treatment is best for elbow pain?

The appropriate treatment for elbow pain largely depends on the underlying cause of the pain. Common treatments include rest, ice, compression, elevation (RICE), over-the-counter pain relievers, physical therapy, and in some cases, medical interventions such as injections or surgery. However, it's essential to consult a healthcare professional to get an accurate diagnosis and tailored treatment plan.
In recent years, regenerative medicine has emerged as a potential treatment option for elbow pain. This field includes treatments like Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injections, which harness a combination of growth factors to stimulate the body’s own healing mechanisms to repair damaged tissues. These treatments have shown promise in treating various musculoskeletal conditions, including elbow injuries. They may be particularly beneficial if your elbow pain is due to tendon or ligament damage.
It's advisable to consult with a healthcare provider who can provide personalized advice based on your individual circumstances and help determine if regenerative medicine, or other treatment options, are right for you.

Elbow pain comes from soft tissue injury with muscle strain above and below the elbow joint (so-called tennis elbow and golf elbow) and fascia strain in the joint space. Those jammed-up tissues, like tangled hair, must be released to get rid of pain. The only effective way is done internally by the body itself via light touch to initiate self-healing for easy and quick cure, which usually takes only 1-2 hours to resolve. Any other external means such as medications (oral or injection), hot/cold applications (including laser), electrotherapy, massage, manipulation, stretching, strengthening, etc. are ineffective in resolving the injury (the source of pain). They may even worsen and prolong the injury instead. This is detailed in my book "NO MORE PAIN All Pain Considered - A Breakthrough" .
