Given your symptoms and the duration of your lower right back pain, it sounds like your discomfort could indeed be related to musculoskeletal misalignment or strain, especially since the pain is localized and there are no symptoms of numbness or tingling extending into the extremities. Seeing a healthcare professional who specializes in the musculoskeletal system and movement, such as a Chiropractic Physician with expertise in physiotherapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy versed in joint manipulation, could be beneficial for you. These professionals can assess your posture, alignment, and movement patterns to identify any underlying issues that might be contributing to your pain.

They can also provide treatments that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advice on posture and ergonomics to help alleviate your pain and prevent future episodes. Exercises focused on strengthening and mobilizing the posterior chain (the muscles along the back of your body) can be particularly effective for improving back health and overall mobility, contributing to long-term relief.

However, it's important to first rule out other potential causes of your pain that might require different treatment approaches. Therefore, getting a proper diagnosis from a healthcare provider is crucial before starting any treatment plan. Additionally, if your symptoms change or worsen, or if you start to experience symptoms like numbness, tingling, or weakness in your extremities, you should seek medical attention promptly.

Lower back pain can cause a ton of pain. Find a chiropractor that does soft tissue work, your symptoms lead me to think you have a lot of tightness. When our hip flexors get tight the lower back can ache.. Find a chiropractor in your area who can help.

Hello

It is best to consult a chiropractic physician to get to the root cause of the low back pain.
Your issue may be a mis-alignment of your spine, known as a subluxation. A subluxation is when the spine goes out of alignment, it will compress your nerve, which may explain your symptoms lately. To properly diagnose if this is the case, a though exam should be done to see if this is what is causing your pain. Was there any trauma to cause this or did it just come on?

It sounds like something that’s probably happen before you need to get x-rays and figure out the true cost of the problem before it gets worse

With your pain starting in the last week and your symptoms it sounds like you have sublimated your SI joint region. A Dr of Chiropractic should be able to address your issue.
Although sorry to see your in pain, I do not see a question. Based on the signs and symptoms I would say consult a chiropractor or some other practitioner to take a look so you can get the relief you seek.
If your pain has persisted this long you should consider having your condition evaluated by a doctor well versed in musculoskeletal issues. If there is pain radiating into the leg, or if pain increases with a cough , sneeze , and bearing down for a bowel movement , please do not wait. Seek professional care..
From your description, your facet joints are inflamed in your lumbar spine. This is caused by biomechanical dysfunction. You need to find a chiropractor for evaluation and management.
You should make an appointment to see your local chiropractor.
