There are several options to treat this.
It sounds like you should be evaluated by a Board-Certified Fellowship-Trained Hand surgeon.
I'd be happy to see you.

It depends upon the location of the arthritis. Options can include removing one or more carpal bones possibly combined with a fusion of carpal bones. A complete fusion may be recommended and a replacement is an option in a select population of patients. Either way, the goal is pain reduction and with that comes some loss of motion and strength.
Go to PT/OT and consult Functional Medicine.
There are many operations we use for wrist arthritis. And there are many different places within the wrist that one can get arthritis. So, it really depends on where your arthritis is, and what type it is. A hand surgeon would be able to tell you more while looking at your X-ray and hearing where your symptoms are.

That really depends upon the specific type of arthritis and the extent of your arthritis. There are many procedures that can be performed, such as wrist arthroscopy and debridement, partial fusion and even complete fusion for severe arthritis. I would suggest that you consult a hand surgeon.
